The sheds of steel structures mainly refers to the main bearing members are composed of columns, beams, anchor bolts, roof frames, roof and wall. Compared with other structures such as concrete structures, wood and stone structures, steel structures has the advantages of high strength, good plasticity and toughness, light weight, uniform material and so on, so it has been widely used in the field of architecture and rapid development.

The main components of steel shed
● Primary Framing Elements
Columns, beams members are made by H section steels( hot rolled section steel/ welded section steel), which will be easily bolted together at site. A factory primer and facing paintings or galvanization surface treatment are applied to get better anti-rusting effect of primary framing elements.
● Secondary Framing Elements
Purlin, tie bar are formed as secondary framing, which will fix on columns and beams by common bolts.
● Bracing
Round steel is supplied with knee bracing and other supporting parts that need portal framing, which will improve the stability and durability of the whole structural hangar.
● Cladding
Roof and Wall are covered by color-coated corrugated steel sheet or steel sandwich panel, hot dipped with zinc and aluminum compound, that is fixed to the outside of structural building to protect it against bad weather or to make it look more attractive and last for generations.
● Windows and Doors
Plastic Steel Window/Aluminum-alloy Window; Sliding Door/Folding Door.
● Other Options:
Gutter, Downpipe, Transparent sheet, Ventilator and Bridge Crane will be fitted according to client’s requirements.

All the steel components are transported to the site for installation after the workshop processing is completed, and there are mainly the following steps in the workshop processing:

1. Cutting
Steel components, such as beams, columns, and plates, are precisely cut to the required dimensions using advanced cutting techniques, such as Automatic laser cutting machine, to ensure accurate fitment during assembly.
2. Assemble
The cut steel pieces are fitted together according to engineering drawings and specifications.
3. Welding
Welders employ various welding techniques, to join the steel components securely. Welding creates strong and resilient connections, enhancing load-bearing capacity.
4. Rust removal
Before surface treatment, any rust or scale on the steel surfaces must be removed. Techniques like sandblasting, shot blasting, or chemical cleaning are used to eliminate corrosion, creating a clean and smooth surface.
5. Surface treatment
Spray painting or hot-dip galvanizing according to customer's requirements, so that the surface is not corroded.

Packaging Detail:
The main steel frame will be securely packed using steel pallets, providing enhanced protection during transportation. This packaging method allows for efficient loading and unloading as the entire frame can be handled as a single unit. Additionally, it helps optimize container space, reducing the number of shipping containers required and resulting in cost savings for ocean freight.
Other components such as steel purlins and steel sheets will be carefully packaged in parcels. These parcels will be certainly loaded into containers, ensuring safe and convenient handling throughout the shipping process.
