Product Description
Steel structure office building is composed by square tube columns, steel roof and platform beam, steel decking board, roof cladding, wall cladding and accessories like studs, bolts, etc. Aluminium windows, door, glass curtain wall, plaster board ceiling and floor tiles can be also provided if need. As a rising prefabricated buildings, steel structures differs from precast concrete in that its main load-bearing components are all made of steel, consisting of steel beams, columns, trusses and other components made of section steel and steel plates. Each component is usually connected by weld seams, bolts or rivets on site.
Product Parameter
1. Main frame
Primary members are the main load carrying and support members of a steel structure office building. The main frame members include columns, beams and other supporting members. The shape and size of these members vary based on the application and requirements. The frame is erected by bolting the end plates of connecting sections together. All the steel sections and welded plate members are designed in accordance with the applicable sections as per the latest international codes and standards such as GB and IS to meet all the customer specifications.
2. Roof and wall cladding
Roof for steel structure office building can be sandwich panel, stone painted sheet or pouring concrete depending on roof slope and customers’ requirement.
Wall is usually PU sandwich panel or rock wool sandwich panel to make nice looking and good heat insulation.
3. Steel decking board
Decking board is for the floor of multi-storey steel structure office building, its effective width is 688mm or 750mm. Decking board is on steel platform as form board and support of concrete.

1. Cutting

2. Assemble
The cut steel pieces are fitted together according to engineering drawings and specifications.
3. Welding

4. Rust removal
Before surface treatment, any rust or scale on the steel surfaces must be removed. Techniques like sandblasting, shot blasting, or chemical cleaning are used to eliminate corrosion, creating a clean and smooth surface.
5. Surface treatment
Spray painting or hot-dip galvanizing according to customer's requirements, so that the surface is not corroded.

Packaging Detail:
The packing method for main steel frame will use steel pallet, which can be better to protect steel frame and make the loading and unloading faster and more convenient since it could be taken as a whole. It could also save the quantity of shipping containers and cost of ocean freight.
Other parts packed in parcels such as steel purlin and steel sheet, all loaded into 40ft HQ. Safe and easy handle.
